A follow-up to one of my old images from 2003, 'Kleid aus Rosen'. As with the old painting, this one was inspired by the Subway to Sally song of the same name. It's the sequel of the story.

Lovely work you did on her face, especially the shadows. The rose is well shaped, but it has more dense form (looks like wax). Some pink and neutral reds would create a more realistic rose.

I think the picture looks almost perfect! My only critic would be her hand. The rest ist just lovely.. Her skin texture, the soft hair and the cold dark water.

Gr8 work

The rose seems to be a bit "stiff" and the thumb is a little off but love the colours/mood/face
